Description :	Sur la fausse coupe, s'enlaçant à des rameaux de vigne couverts de grappes de raisin, trois médaillons cernés dans un cadre ovale rehaussé de billes présentent, en buste, le Christ, la Vierge et saint Nicolas. La tige, d'une découpe très mouvementée, intervalle entre deux collerettes un noeud volumineux en forme de balustre rehaussé par une décor repoussé accusant un fort relief. Sur la calotte assez aplatie du pied, parmi un entrelac de pampres, trois cartouches ont pour sujet l'agonie de Jésus, le Portement de Croix et la Crucifixion. Une pierre de couleur en marque l'axe sur la scotie qui rejoint le rebord chantourné et qui se couvre d'un déroulement de rinceaux et de volutes coupés par trois motifs groupant deux par deux des têtes d'angelots. Sur le revers de la patène, la Cène est inscrite en relief dans le rond du pied serti d'un cadre guilloché. Les personnages sont groupés en une disposition ramassée qui se plie aux contraintes du contour circulaire. Ils sont tous de face. Posée sur le sol, une aiguière rappelle le lavement des pieds.
