Précision_sur la representation :	La Vierge se dresse sur un socle dont le demi-globe est travaillé en forme de nuage enveloppant deux têtes ailées d'angelots. Marie étend les bras dans un geste de franche ouverture. La robe à longues manches serrées aux poignets s'écrase sur les pieds. Une large ceinture entoure la taille. Un foulard noué sur la poitrine double l'encolure ronde décolletée. Le manteau jeté sur l'épaule droite dégage le buste mais ramené sur le devant et accroché à la ceinture enveloppe le bas du corps. Le voile couvrant la tête laisse entrevoir les boucles de la chevelure qui encadrent la figure à l'expression jeune (Eugène Voltz, membre correspondant de la Commission Supérieure des Monuments Historiques, août 1985).
