Description :	Le meuble est posé sur une plinthe. Il se distingue par son agréable simplicité qui allie l'excellence des proportions à l'élégance du détail décoratif. La partie centrale légèrement bombée, flanquée de deux montants droits cannelés, s'ouvre sur le siège du confesseur par une porte articulée sur deux panneaux superposés. Perpendiculairement au mur une étroite face droite animée par deux panneaux à petits cadres ferme les logettes réservées aux pénitents.

Précision_sur la representation :	Plinthe dessinant en plannun contour chantourné. Panneaux de la porte articulée à petits cadres chantournés au long des petits cotés. Le supérieur est occupé par une résille à claire voie faite de savants entrelacs de volutes et de motifs rocaille. Les faces latérales convexes s'ouvrent en niches. Le cadre de l'ouverture bute contre un linteau chantourné et se trouve discrètement accusé par une étroite moulure. A son sommet le confessional se terminé par une mouluration dont l'élément principal est une doucine. Elle se relève en léger arrondi au-dessus du portillon central concentriquement à la traverse haute de ce dernier
