Description :	Autel en forme de sarcophage galbé, épaulé aux angles par un motif en applique, mouluré et dessinant une sorte de console. Le sarcophage se décroche sur un retable rectangulaire à deux gradins dont le premier sert d'assiette au tabernacle. Le tabernacle bute contre le second gradin et est terminé par un fronton en anse de panier qui coiffe le portillon. Sur les côtés, l'avancée du tabernacle rattrape le nu du second gradin par le moyen d'un panneau incurvé. L'ensemble est épaulé par une console renversée appuyée sur ce dernier gradin. La niche d'exposition avec son baldaquin léger et élancé a disparu à une date et dans des conditions qui n'ont pas pu etre précisées. Le dernier gradin constituent à ses extrémités deux socles sur les quels sont agenouillés des anges adorateurs.

Historique :	Oeuvres exécutées vers 1768. L'autel est peut-être un don de l'abbé prémontré de Wadgassen offert au moment de l'achèvement de l'église (1768). Selon toute vraisemblance, c'est un travail de l'atelier réputé des Guldner de Berus (Sarre actuelle). Il a été restauré.
