Description :	L'autel est en forme de tombeau droit très légèrement évasé. Les deux gradins sont interrompus dans leur partie centrale par un tabernacle bas à portillon cintré supportant un second tabernacle tournant à niche égélement cintrée se détachant au milieu d'une composition architecturée, à trois faces cintrées en plan, associant des colonnes torses corinthiennes isolées ou jumelées et des ailerons sous un entablement à nombreux ressauts. Un grand retable architecturé prend appui sur deux socles placés en retrait, de chaque côté de l'autel et sur le premier gradin. Deux paires de colonnes dressées sur des piédestaux, celles à l'intérieur placées de biais, encadrent l'ensemble accosté d'ailerons chantournés finement sculptés. La contre-table est occupée par une peinture sur toile. L'entablement à ressaut au droit des colonnes, portant un cartouche central daté, suit le cintre du tableau. Le couronnement pyramidé particulièrement développé se termine sous une moulure courbe à enroulement amortie par une volumineuse palmette ajourée.
